SITA Cloud Administrator Learnership Programme 2026 in Pretoria for Matric Graduates

The State Information Technology Agency (SITA) is offering a Cloud Administrator Learnership Programme for 2026/2027 aimed at unemployed South African youth who have completed their Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. This learnership is located in Pretoria, Gauteng, and provides a pathway for candidates interested in starting a career in information technology without prior work experience or university degrees.

About the Learnership

The programme focuses on training learners to become cloud administrators, with an Occupational Certificate at NQF Level 4. Over a period of 12 months, participants will engage in both theoretical learning and practical workplace experience in SITA’s Data Centre Environment. This approach equips learners with essential skills to manage and support cloud computing environments, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and implementing security measures.

  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Willingness to participate fully in the learning and practical components of the programme.
