This 12-month programme is designed for young South Africans who have completed Grade 12 and are eager to gain practical experience in the insurance sector.
About the Learnership
The learnership integrates classroom learning with real workplace exposure, focusing on short-term (non-life) insurance. Participants will engage in telesales and customer service tasks within a professional call centre environment. In addition to practical training, beneficiaries receive coaching and mentoring throughout the programme. On completion, learners can attain an Insurance Qualification accredited at NQF Level 4.
Who Can Apply?
This opportunity is open to unemployed South Africans holding a Grade 12 certificate, with preference for those who have completed Mathematics and/or Accounting at Grade 12 level. Applicants must not be registered for any other course of study nor currently involved in another learnership, internship, or Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme.
