Eligible Fields and Streams

The programme targets graduates holding National Diplomas, Degrees, or Honours degrees in specific fields and is divided into two main streams:

  • PICC Stream: Suitable for graduates in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics/Land Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning, Quantity Surveying, Development Finance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, Project Management, and Environmental Sciences.
  • IZP Stream: Focused on Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Electrical Engineering graduates, particularly related to accelerating special economic zones and regional industrial development.
