About the Programme
The Bosch Graduate Trainee programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic HR studies and real-world workplace application. Successful candidates will be mentored while gaining hands-on experience in key HR areas such as payroll processing, employee record management, statutory compliance, training coordination, performance management, and employee development.

- Payroll: Involvement in payroll data processing, maintaining accurate employee records, salary calculations, statutory compliance, documentation, and employee payroll queries under supervision.
- Training and Development: Supporting coordination and delivery of training programmes, managing training schedules and resources, maintaining participant records, and assisting with performance and employee development initiatives.
